超细晶硬质合金喷涂粉
相对于传统的硬质合金,超细晶(通常指WC晶粒尺寸小于0.5mm)硬质合金具有更高的硬度、耐磨性、断裂强度和韧性,因为硬质合金的晶粒细化后,硬质相尺寸变小,粘结相更均匀地分布在硬质相周围,可以提高硬质合金的硬度与耐磨性,同时具有高的横向断裂强度与断裂韧性。
依托超细晶纳米硬质合金材料制备技术开发出高流动性、纳米结构的WC基喷涂材料性能指标为:粒径20-45μm、球形度≥95%、松装密度2.5-3.2g/cm3、流动性15-20s/50g。采用本技术生产的喷涂材料达到或超过美国Praxair、inframat等国际知名产品的性能。产业化生产的硬质合金烧结快和棒料,在硬度(HRA>91)前提下,获得了高韧性(12.0-16.0Mpa.M1/2)和国际领先水平的超高断裂强度(以开发的WC-12Co工业产品为例,横向断裂强度平均值达到5230MPa)。并应用纳米WC-Co复合粉制备出平均晶粒为60nm的致密纳米晶硬质合金。
超细晶纳米硬质合金材料制备技术的产业化实现了在航空(如直升机旋翼轴支臂端衬套、氢氧发动机涡轮泵密封件)、石油钻探(如钻杆磁轴、球阀等)、热电能源(如锅炉引风机叶片、液压柱塞)、炼钢轧钢(如夹送辊、硬密封轧板阀)等关键部件的批量应用。
Compared with traditional cemented carbide, ultra-fine grained (usually the WC grain size is less than 0.5mm) cemented carbide with higher hardness, abrasion resistance, fracture strength and toughness, because the grain refinement of cemented carbide, rigid-phase size is smaller, the bonding phase is more evenly distributed around the rigid phase, can improve the hardness and wear resistance of cemented carbide, with high lateral fracture strength and fracture toughness.
The properties of WC-based spraying materials with high fluidity and nano-structure are developed based on ultra-fine grained nano-cemented carbide materials: particle diameter 20-45 μm, spherical degree ≥ 95%, loose loading density 2.5-3.2g/cm3, fluidity 15-20s/50g. The use of this technology to produce spraying materials to achieve or exceed the United States Praxair, Inframat and other internationally renowned products performance. The industrialized production of cemented carbide sintered fast and rods, in the hardness (HRA>91) premise, obtained the high toughness (12.0-16.0MPA.M1/2) and the international leading level of ultra high fracture strength (to develop WC-12Co industrial products for example, the transverse fracture strength average reaches 5230MPa).The compact nano-crystalline cemented carbide with the average grain size of 60nm is prepared by the nanometer WC-CO composite powder.
Industrialization of preparation technology of ultra-fine grained nano-cemented carbide materials in aviation (such as helicopter rotor shaft ARM END bushing, hydrogen oxygen engine turbo-pump seals, oil drilling (such as drill pipe magnetic shaft, ball valves, etc.), thermoelectric energy (such as boiler fan blade, hydraulic plunger), steel and steel rolling (such as the clamping roller, hard seal plate valve) and other key parts of the bulk application.
